Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Kount (“we”, “us”) collects when you visit trykount.com or sign up, how we use it, and the choices you have.

What we collect

Information you give us: your email address, name, home address and the plan you choose.
How you found us: the page you signed up from and campaign details in the link you followed (such as UTM tags or an ad click ID).
Usage information: pages you view and actions you take on the site, collected with cookies and similar technology, including the Meta Pixel and PostHog.

We do not ask for your Social Security number, bank details or payment card on this site.

To create your signup, hold your place on our waitlist and contact you about your account and availability.
To understand which products and plans people are interested in, and where to launch first.
To measure and improve our advertising.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run Kount:

Netlify, which hosts this site and stores signup form submissions.
PostHog, which records how visitors use the site (pages viewed, signup steps reached and anonymised session recordings) so we can improve it. Recordings mask everything you type.
Meta, which receives Pixel data about visits and signups to measure our ads. Meta’s use of that data is described in Meta’s Privacy Policy.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop emailing you, by writing to info@riverstep.group.
You can limit ad tracking in your browser or device settings, and manage how Meta uses data for ads in your Meta ad preferences.

We keep signup information while Kount is enrolling members from its waitlist, or until you ask us to delete it.

Kount is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

If we change this policy, we will update the date above.
